how join subject and body (or the first bytes) in a line

Hi all,

I want to modify emails that I receive in the next way:
Each time an email arrives, it is sent to another email address but with
the first part of the body added to the subject.
The reason is that I can receive the subject of emails in my cellular
telephone

Any idea?
