Now that you mention this, it wouldn't be hard to write a short perl
script run by cron that uses "locate" to find all the .procmailrc files
and then removes all "\r".
Or a shell script.
Doesn't need to fix all .procmailrc files; just those created since it last
fixed 'em. It WOULD need to preserve file timestamps so it can compare with a
timestamp file marking last time it ran.
Picking up the included files might be more troublesome.
I begin to think it might be easier to change procmail, and submit the changes
to the author for inclusion. Once procmail's changed, the problem's fixed for
everyone everywhere.
