hello. I have some mails in my mailbox and i'm using pine to read

me setting up my procmail. how can i send these mails through
procmail again?

        1) Move your existing spool to another filename.
        2) run

                formail -s procmail < theotherfilename

Check "man formail" to see if you need any other flags, such
as perhaps the -Y flag.

There is a reference to this technique in the procmail man
pages, but that recipe is a little convoluted for the beginner.
