Uh, a bit more information about it would be useful - does it have
consistent headers, or MIME attachment names? DO NOT email the virus to
the list (or anyone offlist), but examine it for characteristics which are
common to all of the messages which come through with it, and then post a
summary.
You might also check out the Procmail Sanitizer, which specifically deals
with attachments:

Disclaimer: I don't use sanitizer, so I can't answer any questions on
it. Go to the site and read the documentation there.
