I think this should be an option, as there is very annoying to need to build
my own package to change something like this.
Currently, the only fully correct way of changing the default mailspool
location is to recompile procmail. There's been some discussion on the
development mailing list about how to make it run-time configurable,
but it hasn't been implmented yet.
