I have a recipe that I thought would let certain domains and lists
through. Near the top of rc file I have:

Then I have a filter to catch, say, juno spam. I get a mail that
Return-Path has paypal.com and ^from juno.com in it but it gets caught at
the juno filter level. Shouldn't it have been delivered at the above
level? Or doesn't ${DEFAULT} stop the processing of the rc file?
