I think it'd be easier if our system used a .forward to invoke
procmail.... but we don't.
If LOGFILE has been set, then the stderrs of procmail and all the
processes it creates are open to the specified file. There is no global
way to separate procmail's logfile from the stderrs of the processes
it creates.
