I`m not able to make procmail goes on

I get this message:

Can anybody tell me WHAT the hell is happening????

I have sendmail installed with RehHat 7.1. Here is a copy of my .forward
file:

"|exec /usr/bin/procmail #procesos"

This is my .procmailrc :

MAILDIR=/var/spool/mail
DEFAULT=/var/spool/mail/procesos
LOGFILE=$MAILDIR/log

This is what i have found in sendmail.cf about procmail:

R=20/40,
