How to crate a recipe for the following

Hallo,

I need a recipe, but I'm new to procmail and do not know exactly how to solve 
this.

I want that the to: and from: header are scanned. If to: matches a certain 
domain AND from: matches another domain, i want the mail forwarded to an 
other user. How could I accomplish this?
