In general, it isn't a good idea to dump a big logfile on the list (not
that I'm offering to receive them privatley offlist either).
I see ZERO indication that the rules you posted yesterday are processed in
this log stream you provided. I submit that you have a problem elsewhere
in your code.
The following snippet from the very end of the log shows your invocation of
sendmail giving me the impression that your test message is being emailed
off to an address specified by $maintainer (not indicated in any of the
previous log content):
procmail: Executing " formail -R"From X-From_:" -iDate:
-iReturn-Receipt-To: -iRead-Receipt-To: \
-iAcknowledge-To: | $SENDMAIL $sendmailOPT $sendmailOPTp $maintainer"
procmail: [24128] Wed Jun 6 12:37:52 2001
procmail: Assigning "LASTFOLDER= formail -R"From X-From_:" -iDate:
-iReturn-Receipt-To: -iRead-Receipt-To: \
-iAcknowledge-To: | $SENDMAIL $sendmailOPT $sendmailOPTp $maintainer"

Obviously, you didn't construct this procmail ruleset (and the lot of them
are NOT part of procmail itself) -- have you considered contacting the
person who DID?
By lost I meant message never arrives to the mailing list. It's discarded,
when there's no subject line.
FTR, you never mentioned anything about a mailing list.

First, what's FTR? And yes, that's the intended behavior.
FTR is a common acronym for "For The Record". If you're on mailing lists,
it'd be a good idea to find yourself a source of acronym documentation,
because they're used often.
As for intended behaviour, all I can say is that the code you provided is
then doing what you expect it to -- PROVIDED IT SEES THE MESSAGE. Your
delivery problem lies elsewhere.
I'm new to this, and I couldn't really 'translate' the log, could you help me?
Look in it for the regexps you're matching on, and see what they say.
