convert wrong date

hi,

i looked for a procmailrc example but didn't found one i want.
i want to change the mail from incoming messages with date in the future 
to the local systemtime. realy perfect with consider of timezone. does 
anyone have one ?
it seems to be a act to compare the mail date format ( with a perl cpan 
module ?)
