You're right, because IT ISN'T THERE. This is what happens when you
try to route email based on the header instead of the envelope: it
doesn't work.
I'd also point out that using "info_user" as the destination will deliver the
mail to user_a's $MAILDIR/info_user folder, not in /var/spool/mail/info_user.
