Okay, I'm stumped. As far as I can tell, my filters are written correctly,
and indeed, 90% of the emails they are supposed to catch get caught. It's
the other 10% I am wondering about.
I have two filters that should catch the email in question. Either ought
to work on its own.

I run Spambouncer but it did not add any headers to the failed message so
it was not a factor (it always adds a header when it comes into play with
an email).
Any ideas would be appreciated. I get this sort of failure a lot, for many
of my filters, not just these.
