If there is another rcfile on the command line (impossible with -d, which
forbids naming any, or with -m, which requires naming exactly one), unsetting
HOST still makes procmail jump to the next one. But unsetting or missetting
HOST in the last rcfile named on the command line or in the default rcfile
when none are named saves to $DEFAULT (and then exits)!

For now, anyone using procmail 3.21 should replace any code that unsets or
missets HOST with the goal of losing the message with a recipe that dumps the
message into /dev/null.
