Seems that unless -m is in effect, when HOST is unset or misset procmail 3.21
saves to $DEFAULT (not to $ORGMAIL, because changing $DEFAULT changes the
destination) and *then* exits. Still researching; maybe this belongs in
procmail-dev?
Anyhow, that's going to break a lot of recipes that count on unsetting HOST
as a way to lose the message pronto, so this does have a place in procmail-
users.
