If you want, http://www.johncon.com/john/receivedIP/index.html has an
IP stripper from "Received: " lines, that can look up the IPs in a
text database via a binary search. (It was written as an off line
RBL-where users can submit spam, and the IPs are automatically put in
a system wide database.)
ftp://ftp.johncon.com/john/receivedIP.email.txt from that URL might
be of interest to you, too, as a spam filter.

However, grepping the ^Received: headers of my inbox,
it doesn't look like there's really a regexp that
could be used even if e.g. formail could be of use
for this.
