I just had one of these things get through my filter. Admittedly I don't
have the technical knowledge to understand how character set and/or
document encoding/decoding is done. And I suspect that this is some
microsoft specific crap which I'll never care about trying to
understand. But the question mark and period were encoded in this
specific message, which came from someone using Outlook. (Friends don't
let friends...) This is how I've revised the english version of the
recipe. Tested and working (as far as it goes).

Again, this just saves the message. If you need notification the
recipe was tripped (or ill-advised auto responses), that needs to be
added.
