Yes, procmail exports its environment so perl will have access to
something like this in %ENV if it's been assigned by procmail.
[No personal value judgements implied re: problem or solution -- but I
must express my disdain for these tags getting added/removed/modified
then re-injected into lists, effectively forcing personal preference on
the list as a whole.]
