Is there a way to catch e-mails (all spam) which have Korean text in the
subject?

Check out spambouncer (www.spambouncer.org). It has a few rules for
detecting korean messages. But it checks the Content-Type: header
instead of the subject.

I use

Subject:[ ]+[^a-z0-9]+$

No false matches yet.

Thanks, somehow, I missed the replies to my question, so I am going to examine
the archives.
