This is correct, however, your procmail version has to be >= 3.15.
This may be a mistake in the procmail manual for this version, or perhaps
the manual is for a different version.
If this is the case then a recipe of the followingtype will deliver to a
maildir:
:0 # (no lockfile!)
* conditions
Maildir/ # note trailing "/" to indicate that this is a directory, not a file.
