The stuff there looks messy, with the improper use and unpredictable results
of trying to put two extractors into the same regexp.  I generally can't
speak very highly of Jari's compendium: his spellchecker and his
reformatting have made mush of a lot of the code he wants to offer.  In
particular, I disavow anything he has put my name onto (which includes at
one point some advice for configuring sendmail.cf, a subject about which I
know nothing and would never claim to know anything).

Of those three options, the closest is "what."  They should remain in their
original positions, which will leave them above the rewritten headers named
in the recipe.  Those will be moved to the bottom of the head (to the chin,
if you like, since we already call the blank line between head and body the
"neck").
