procmail: Couldn't create or rename temp file

The mails that are suposed to ga in the mailbox format folders are
going and no problem occurs.. but the mails that do not mach any rules are
suposed to go in MAildir/ directory (Maildir format ) but procmail gives
the error above and bounce the mail.... The rights on the folder are ok..
procmail is lunched form .qmail ..
like this:
| preline procmail -m .procmailrc
And the .procmailrc files looks like this..........
VERBOSE=off
MAILDIR=/home/friends/andy/mail/
ORGMAIL=/home/friends/andy/Maildir/
DEFAULT=/home/friends/andy/Maildir/
LOGFILE=/home/friends/andy/.procmail_log
SHELL=/bin/sh

SENDMAIL=/usr/sbin/sendmail

any ideas..
and if i take aout the -m .procmailrc from .qmail the mail goes ok but it
gives me in the qmail logs that procmail can't write in the
/var/spool/mail/"username"..
I don't want procmail to write in /var/spool/ but i want that the mail
could enter inm the Maildir box........
