Unless you install procmail in a directory that "preline" includes in its
PATH, you will continue to need to use the full path for procmail itself.
(I don't know what preline uses for its PATH.  Presumably its manpage
would say.)

As for the -m /path/to/rcfile bit, what happens if you just leave it off?
