hello.. my friend said i might not need
exec in my .forward..
% cat .forward
"/usr/local/bin/procmail"
% mv .forward .for.proc.bak
%
i still can't get procmail to do a *!(_at_)#*&@ing thing for me but
mess up my life disallowing any email to go thru as long
as i leave the .forward file named as such. the
above shell session was done AFTER the latest attempt..
the contents of the .forward file were as shown when
an email was sent FROM my account kayveydog(_at_)aol(_dot_)com to
the kayve(_at_)itsa(_dot_)ucsf(_dot_)edu account.. after a short time..
say 15 minutes.. kayveydog(_at_)aol(_dot_)com received
the following bounce message:
Subj: Returned mail: see transcript for details
Date: Tue, 21 Aug 2001 9:54:02 PM Eastern Daylight Time
From: Mail Delivery Subsystem <MAILER-DAEMON(_at_)mail(_dot_)ucsf(_dot_)edu>
