Filtering Attachments

2001-09-20 10:19:43

From all the posts, I was able to construct a working Attachment
filter. But I have 2 questions:

:0
* ^Content-Type: MULTIPART/MIXED
{
  :0 B
  *^Content-Disposition: (attachment|inline);
  *filename=".*\.(bat|bif|exe|pif|com|vbs)"
  VIRUS
}

With this recipe, how can I send an email to the original sender &
recipient, notifying both that the email was filtered?

With Outlook, it loves to encrypt attachements into winmail.dat files. Is
there any easy way of deciphering what attachemnt is embedded into it (if
an attachment is contained in the winmail.dat file).

Thanks
