Hi all!
just a short question: why do some mailers, for example Microsoft
Outlook, do not have double quotes around the 'filename' thing? For
example:
--Boundary_(ID_rJ1IUZ3+EqKiMGDhvSNA9w)
Content-type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1
Content-transfer-encoding: 7BIT
Content-disposition: messagetext
Hi! How are you?
I send you this file in order to have your advice
See you later. Thanks
--Boundary_(ID_rJ1IUZ3+EqKiMGDhvSNA9w)
Content-type: application/mixed; name=Definisi.doc.pif
Content-transfer-encoding: base64
Content-disposition: attachment; filename=Definisi.doc.pif
--------------------------------------------------------------
Usually, the format is like this (this is from PINE):
Date: Mon, 08 Oct 2001 13:24:29 +0800
From: "[ISO-8859-1] Abd. Rashid Abdul Halim"
<urashid(_at_)tmnet(_dot_)com(_dot_)my>
To: info(_at_)kym(_dot_)edu(_dot_)my
Subject: Definisi
Hi! How are you?
--Boundary_(ID_rJ1IUZ3+EqKiMGDhvSNA9w)
Content-Type: APPLICATION/MIXED; NAME="Definisi.doc.pif"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: BASE64
Content-ID:
<Pine(_dot_)GSO(_dot_)4(_dot_)10(_dot_)10110090854043(_dot_)19415(_at_)sebukor(_dot_)kym(_dot_)edu(_dot_)my>
Content-Description:
Content-Disposition: ATTACHMENT; FILENAME="Definisi.doc.pif"
why arent there any quotes around the Definisi.doc.pif in the first
message from Outlook?
I'm just curious, because this involves my filter recipe and I just want
to make sure it could filter those message without the double quotes...
thanks for any pointers!...sorry if I'm being vague or unclear...dont
know how to explain this better...
