parsing mail in /var/spool/mail/user

Hi everyone,

New to the group and to procmail.

I have setup a basic .procmailrc file to filter mail as in comes in and life
is good.

Now if someone could tell me how to use procmail to parse my existing
/var/spool/mail/user file through my .procmailrc rules so I can trim down
the size of the my INBOX life would be better 8-)
