I wouldn't imagine adding this until there actually IS a report parser -
otherwise, people will be misled into believing that they're going to get
help from mailing that address. Furthermore, the purpose of the script
isn't so much to improve procmail, but rather to gather pertinent data
about the user's config that is usually requested at some point when
attempting to diagnose "my procmail (no version mentioned or something
completeley off the wall) doesn't work", and is often like pulling teeth or
playing 20 questions to get answers.
Here, we can point 'em to a script and say, "run this, send results if it
doesn't point to something glaringly stupid".
Next phase after obtaining the basic data bits is to put in some logic to
actually check for correct file perms, etc.
You may have noted the Don Hammond has already provided a similar script
for reporting the file perms in numeric format, and with a couple of minor
tweaks, that is what is in the current version of the script.
