You might want to try this;

* ^Subject: .*Returned mail
$MAILDIR/Returned-Mails
Make sure you do a "touch $MAILDIR/Returned-Mails; chmod 600
$MAILDIR/Returned-Mails" too.
Am I right guys?
Note: I am a newbie with procmail. Pls guide and correct me if I am
wrong.
