I suggest you try using the list archives and search for the "have your
advice" bit - you'd quickly discover that this is a virus, and that the
subject and from addresses will vary (as will the attachment name). You
should filter it like any other PC executable attachment (which, hopefully
you're filtering on already or plan to).
I don't bother filtering _specifically_ for this one since I already have
generic filters (nobody has any business sending me executable programs
which aren't at least wrapped in a zip archive), you should find in the
archives a message from late July 2001, titled "Re: SirCam filter mark II"
which should accomplish what you need done.
