Newbie - Procmail and Qmail on Relay/Gateway setup ?

Hi all...

I'm new to the list/procmail so please forgive if I'm asking a silly
question
I've been asked to look into mail/content filtering for our small 150+
person corp.
Is anyone using Procmail and Qmail in a relay/gateway server setup ?
How easy is it to write procmail filters ?
