problems with receipe - I always get Non-zero exitcode (1) from " test

I got the following receipe in my .procmailrc to avoid getting mail
from some special Spam domains:

BLACKLIST=~/.procmail/blacklist

blacklist:
domain.xy

:0:
* ? test -f $BLACKLIST && $FORMAIL -zxFrom: -zxReply-To: | egrep -i -f
* $BLACKLIST
$MAILDIR/mail-blacklist

Logs:
procmail: Executing " test -f $BLACKLIST && $FORMAIL -zxFrom:
-zxReply-To: | egrep -i -f $BLACKLIST"
procmail: Non-zero exitcode (1) from " test -f $BLACKLIST && $FORMAIL
-zxFrom: -zxReply-To: | egrep -i -f $BLACKLIST"
procmail: No match on " test -f $BLACKLIST && $FORMAIL -zxFrom:
-zxReply-To: | egrep -i -f $BLACKLIST"

Does anyone know what's wrong here?
