It's pretty much a given that if /etc/procmailrc is being processed that
procmail is configured as your LDA, unless you're running the script manually.

The procmail man say about "-d":
"Procmail will setuid to the intended recipients
and delivers the mail as if it were invoked by the
recipient with no arguments..."
I understand, if procmail will setuid to the intended recipients
then the owner of the proccess IS the recipient.
Many thanks Sean, I feel that I miss something - this is the reason
why I asked for explanation and not focussed on my case. When you
read the FAQ you see some questions that theirs answers are in the
man pages but need some diferrent persentation and centralization.
