Well, the /dev/null bit should be obvious - replace that with the
appropriate mailbox name (and be sure to add LOCKING ':' to the flags for
that delivery recipe).
As for why it doesn't work, the standard recommendation here is to enable
VERBOSE logging and send a test message, then examine the verbose log. It
would still help if you explained WHAT isn't working.
