Not really, no, since that isn't the "standard" envelope header to contain
the envelope sender.
But do the ^TO macro catches that one?
Obviously not, since you're asking the question. If instead of
Envelope-to: you add the header field:
X-Envelope-To:
...like most of the rest of us, the TO macro will find it properly.
(Re-read the regex, and you'll see that, I think.)
