I'm trying to do a filter using the ! operator in the conditions line.
Basically what I want to do is filter mail that is not from a specific
domain to a specific mailbox, like so:
:0:
* !^From:.*uvic.ca
spam
Basically, want any and all mail from within uvic.ca (so this would
include csc.uvic.ca, cs.uvic.ca, gulf.csc.uvic.ca, engr.uvic.ca, et al)
to be siphoned to spam.
The problem is, this recipie does not work correctly as some email from
within uvic.ca is still put in Spam and some not.
ok, so what am I doing wrong? why does this not work?
note: this should also work for csc.UVic.CA from addresses as well, case
shouldn't be an issue I don't think as again, some get through to the
inbox for the user in question, and some get siphoned to spam ;-(
Any help is appreciated.
