In the man pages ...what does this entry mean:
:0 fhw
| formail -I "From" -a "From"

Note that both quoted parts contain "From " with a space at the end!

Which part are you unsure about?

The 'f' flag on the colon line makes it a filter recipe, so the mail is
transformed by the action not delivered.
The 'h' says that only the headers are of interest.  And the 'w' waits
to check that things have worked correctly.

The formail line makes sure that the first line of the mail is a legal
'From ' header.  '-I "From "' removes any existing 'From ' headers.  '-a
"From "' generates a new one.
