Looking for 3.23 (again)

I'm seeing a report of the "dropped F" problem about once a day on the 
SpamAssassin mailing list.  So far the 3.23pre snapshot from last November
seems to have fixed the problem, but that snapshot sill has the realloc()
error on VAR=|command assignments.

Philip?  Any chance of 3.23 coming out soon, or at least a newer snapshot?
