Forward and return a message

I have a basic procmail script that catches mail from certain domains
and forwards it to another address:

:0:
* ^From:.*(163\.|sina\.)
! unwelcome(_at_)euro-share(_dot_)com

How can I change this so that in addition to doing this, it also
returns a message to the sender indicating I don't want their mail at
the place they're sending it too?
