Newbie Question Alert: Procmail and sitewide/domain filtering

Hi all...
Our relay acts a a gateway for all our internal mail servers... it also
virus scans and checks connecting smtp servers against ordb.
Is procmail able to filter "sitewide" email on a relay mail host keeping in
mind that there are NO mailbox's or user accounts on the gateway host.
