"B" flag in procmail v3.22

It looks like the "B" (egrep body) flag in procmail v3.22 is not
working correctly.  Recipes that specify only "B" end up searching the
header as well.  In earlier versions of procmail, only the body was
searched if just "B" was specified.

Example:

    :0 B
    * .*\/(Subject:)
    hassubjectinbody

Assuming the message does not have "Subject:" in the body of the
message, this recipe used to fail.  In v3.22, however, it succeeds
(because "Subject:" is in the header) and the mail is diverted to the
file hassubjectinbody.

Is this a bug, or has the functionality of procmail changed?  If so,
how do I tell procmail v3.22 to just search the body of the message/
