Bulk Mails

hi
 plz confirm with me that thing how bulk mail in filtered.
can i write simply the name of the list which contain
subscribe keyword.
or do anything else.
but i wan to make it general like yahoo.
how can i do,
can u go me some hints through example recipe how i check it and drop it in 
Bulmail folder.
