Which is the open relay?

2002-10-05 20:47:26
        I've been getting a lot of stuff from someone who has a bone to
pick about the situation in the middle east. The individual appears to be
hijacking open relays and sending out in high enough volume to be engaging
in a sort of mailbombing. I have confirmed that the Message-Id: is
forged.

Here are the received: headers:
=================================================================
Received: from terrin.com (mail.terrin.com [63.193.139.180])
        by fellspt.charm.net (8.12.2/8.12.2/LNSG+ORDB+OSS+SCOP) with ESMTP
    id g95N8hvg018637
        for <msaroff(_at_)fellspt(_dot_)charm(_dot_)net>; Sat, 5 Oct 2002
19:08:47 -0400 (EDT)
Received: from 63.193.139.180 [4.46.79.27] by terrin.com
  (SMTPD32-5.05) id A0C720000B6; Fri, 04 Oct 2002 08:16:23 -0700
Received: from 209.10.150.70 by 4.46.79.27 (8.8.5/8.6.5) with SMTP id
    GAA02001 for <"Vectress" <tw5u-7y60(_at_)xemaps(_dot_)com>,
     freepalestine(_at_)yahoogroups(_dot_)com>; Fri, 04 Oct 2002 07:07:26 -0600
(EST)
=================================================================
        It's my understanding that the LAST received: header is where it
was mailed from. My question is: is the open relay 209.10.150.70 or
4.46.79.27?
        I want to complain to the appropriate sysop.
