Using the following procmail recipies u can get the procmail env variables

:0
    FROM=| formail -rt -xTo
    :0
    TO=| formail -xTo
    :0
    SUBJECT=| formail -xSubject
    :0
    BODY=| formail -I ""
    :0
    DATE=| date +%d-%m-%y_%H:%M:%S
