Check for messages that have procmail(_at_)lists in the to: and cc: that do not
contain
* ^List-Id:.*procmail\.lists
and send them to /dev/null
Your problem will go away. But it might be polite to add a signature that
asks people not to mail you as well as posting to the list as this is
rather a harsh solution.
