procmail dumped into smtp mail format - how can I convert it?

Hey folks.  This may be just a little OT, but I can't quite figure it
out.

I goofed up some syntax on my ~/.procmailrc, and now I have an SMTP
mail text file with a bunch of email I'd like to recover.  Mutt can't
open it, so does anyone know an easy way to convert it to mbox format?
