Hello Stephen,

There were some strange conditions on your recipes, like
  * TO_steve(_at_)patter
and
  * ^TO_.*patter\.mine\.nu

In the first there is a '^' missing. 

In the second there is a '.*', but the '^TO_' macro 
is meant to be used with a specific address 
(see man procmailrc).
