formail flag interactions

Earlier I complained that 
formail -X "Bar:" -A "Foo: fee fie fum"
resulted in a loss of the Foo: field unless you also include an -X
"Foo:" flag.

On the other hand,
formail -I "Blah:" -R "Goom: Blah:"
results in removing the original Blah: field but not the renamed Goom:
(now Blah:) field -- much more to my liking.
