Procmail Error

I upgraded my sendmail to the latest version and now when ever I try to
forward mail in a recipe using ! I get the following error on procmail.log:

procmail: Program failure (65) of "/usr/sbin/sendmail"

I checked the permission on /usr/sbin/sendmail and they are the same as
before the upgrade.  Anyone have any Ideas?
