local and remote delivery

Hi,

can anybody tell me how to deliver
a mail to a local maildir and a remote account?
Momentarily I have the following reciept

:0
* ^(From).*
./

how to deliver mails matching to maildir and user(_at_)anywhere(_dot_)net ?
